The "Buzz"!

WHAT CLIENTS  SAY ABOUT R.S.V.P. & ASSOCIATES

"Rhonda has been my Public Relations partner, resource and adviser for over ten years.  While I was VP of Marketing at
Buca di Beppo and Del Taco, she opened a number of extremely successful locations in the midwest and planned PR campaigns with local media and influencers.
More than simply creating the plan, she became part of my marketing and operations teams and took advantage of every opportunity to build buzz at every event and appearance. Later, she developed the Grand Opening PR events and media launch for the first Raising Canes franchise in
Las Vegas that led the way for additional locations.
Simply put, she's fantastic."

“As the director of marketing and public relations for
Brinker International, I developed a marketing strategy that focused on public relations outreach.  Having 30+ restaurants across the United States, I knew it was impossible for me to personally promote each restaurant on a local level and made the decision to hire a well-connected and well-respected public relations agency in each city.  Selecting the right agency was the challenge. The agency would need to be embedded in the community on many levels and be able to promote the restaurant as a local establishment while combining aspects of the corporate marketing initiatives approved by Brinker International.  That being said, when I met Rhonda Verona in Scottsdale, Arizona, I knew I found the right person for the job. I hired Rhonda to do the opening of the Maggiano’s in Scottsdale.  She was outgoing, smart, hard-working and fully understood how to integrate local and national marketing initiatives.  The media knew and respected her and she understood the importance of return on investment as it relates to marketing a publicly held company.  She was also delightful to work with and quickly endeared herself to the staff of the restaurant as well as those she worked with on a corporate level. Rhonda contributed to the success of the Maggiano’s in Scottsdale, Arizona and was an asset to the restaurant.”

-Gianna Farago, Brinker International and Maggiano's Restaurant

"It has been a great pleasure to have worked with Rhonda Verona these past 15 years. We met during our 1998 vigorous search for a PR firm to help us launch PF Chang’s China Bistro in the Detroit Metro area. Rhonda and her team was the winner by a long shot. Her enthusiasm and passion for our concept came through as Troy became the most successful location in the early days of PF Chang’s.
Later, when I was promoted to COO of PF Chang’s in 2007, I was looking for a firm that could help us forge our status as a Phoenix/ Scottsdale restaurant group. In other words make sure the folks in the Valley knew that such a now successful restaurant group was founded in Scottsdale. I was ecstatic to find that Rhonda had set up her firm in the area. We got to work immediately. Again, her passion, contagious positive attitude and creative spirit helped us to Take Back the Valley working on the Rock and Roll Marathon as well as other media events associated with the community.
Rhonda works tirelessly and makes one feel as they are her only client. As I move along in my career, Rhonda will always be the first call I make for PR and creative plans to build the business."

-Rick Tasman, P.F. Chang's COO

"I have met with many public relations and event specialists, but Rhonda's enthusiasm and interest in learning about our business allowed her to execute our Troy opening flawlessly. R.S.V.P. worked with us to plan our pre-opening party guest lists and invitations. They also arranged for a photographer to be present during each event. Probably the biggest impact that R.S.V.P. was able to deliver was through local media outlets including print, television and radio. The week of the pre-opening festivities had everyone including Ruth jumping around to be interviewed. Ruth told me after her eleventh interview in two days, this was the most she had ever been interviewed."

-Stan Harris, president Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

"According to Al Bernstein, President of Nationwide Vision, in 2001 when R.S.V.P. began representation of Nationwide Vision, Nationwide Vision had a 25% market share in Phoenix. At that time, 2 million people lived in Phoenix. Today, in 2007, 4 million people live in Phoenix and Nationwide Vision has maintained 25% of the market share. “I always attributed some of the market share being maintained by the publicity R.S.V.P. achieved.” People who moved from all over the country were familiar with Lenscrafters, Eyemasters, and Pearle Vision well known in the Detroit area and other east coast cities. Nationwide Vision’s goal was to move the client from well known national companies to Nationwide Vision, the locally owned state company. Nationwide Vision competed very heavily against these national companies. There was no other local company to play in the game. Nationwide Vision grew from the year 2000 from 20 locations to 60 locations by 2007 throughout the state. Market share was maintained by constant exposure in television, radio and print vehicles accompanied by ongoing PR events and local community events. Nationwide Vision went from zero publicity to THE authority on eye care in Arizona. R.S.V.P. represented Nationwide Vision from 2001 to 2007. The company grew from 20 locations to 60 and from 20 million dollars to 50 million dollars."
-Al Bernstein, President of Nationwide Vision

"R.S.V.P. & Associates played an integral component to launching our business into the marketplace.

"I recently hired Rhonda Verona, from RSVPPR, to assist my business in seeking increased sales and increased awareness to the public. Since day 1, Rhonda has proven herself as being an aggressive, yet professional, public relations entity. Her networking skills, in combination with action and results-oriented focus, have already provided my business with an increase in a broader base of exposure."

-Diane Pothast, TCBY Yogurt Franchise Owner

"Both the quantity and quality of the work done and the promotion obtained by RSVP PR was amazing.  In the six years Rhonda and I worked together in an effort to market Nationwide Vision Laser and Eye Centers, Rhonda was able to significantly lift the authority and credibility of Nationwide Vision to a level that the paid advertising could never have done on its own."
